For contracting authorities

Scope of Support in Public Procurement Procedures
Our service covers the entire procurement process, from the preparation of documentation and the management of the procedure to the selection of the most advantageous bid and the conclusion of a contract with the contractor. Below is a detailed overview of the activities carried out at each stage.
Preparation of Procurement Documentation
We prepare the Terms and Conditions of the Procurement (SWZ), tender forms, declaration templates, the draft contract, and bid evaluation criteria.
Based on the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract provided by the contracting authority, we prepare a complete set of documents required to initiate the procurement procedure: – Terms and Conditions of the Procurement (SWZ), together with all required appendices – Tender form tailored to the specific procurement – Contractor declaration templates, including declarations regarding the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with participation requirements (including the ESPD where applicable) – Draft contract provisions (contract template) – Bid evaluation criteria, including the development of the evaluation methodology and scoring system – Description of participation requirements and grounds for exclusion – List of subjective and objective means of proof
Initiation of the Procedure and Publication of Notices
We publish procurement notices in the Public Procurement Bulletin (BZP) or the Official Journal of the European Union, publish the documentation, and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.
Management of the Procurement Procedure
We manage communication with contractors, respond to questions, prepare clarifications, and update the procurement documentation.
Examination and Evaluation of Bids
We review bids from both a formal and substantive perspective, prepare rankings, and provide recommendations for decision-making.
Selection of the Successful Bid and Contract Conclusion
We finalize the procedure by preparing notifications, publishing the results, and delivering the final version of the contract.
